This year there have been nine more Associations that have submitted the application for the subsidy
The Motilla del Palancar City Council will allocate €80,000 this year to subsidies for Municipal Associations, producing an increase in all of them, thus recognizing the positive contribution that these associations generate in the town through their commendable work. This was announced by the councilor for culture, Jesús Martínez, who also pointed out that "the objective of promoting associations and the cultural, sports, welfare and traditional life of the municipality is met."

For his part, mayor of the town, Pedro Javier Tendero, has announced that this year's budget for the municipal Associations is €80,000, “an amount that has increased year after year, given the poor recognition that the Popular Party granted in this matter to our associations. We have gone from €74,000 allocated in 2015, the year we arrived at the City Council, to the current €80,000, confirming once again that both words and good intentions are of no use if they are not accompanied by actions."
